2 cloves garlic, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 medium onion, 1 green pepper, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 0.5 dl olive oil, salt and oregano qb, 1.5 l cold water, 200 g hard homemade bread .
Put the garlic cloves in the mortar with the salt, until well crushed. Pour the mixture into a terrine or slurry. Cut the onion, pepper and tomatoes to the cubes and add. Season with olive oil, vinegar and oregano, mixing well. Add cold water, taste and season seasoning if necessary. Pour the bread into cubes and let it stand until the soups are soft.
