The " homemade bread " , cooked during the fair, and fresh cheese as well as other traditional products of the Algarve hills as sweets and sausages, attract year after year , thousands of visitors to the village of the Algarve northeast .
To these delicacies of the Algarve mountains , they join to the success of this event the landscape , tradition , ethnography , crafts and musical entertainment .
